Seriously, he should get over it. Accept what you cannot change. Trying to disguise it these ways just puts more emphasis on it.

It is a bitch being short though. I'm 5'1" and was always the shortest in my class all through elementary school. One of those things that give other kids ammunition and make you a bully target. It only bother me now that even at 40, I sometimes get talked to as if by being short I must also be mentally a child and find there are those who speak to me in a really condescending way.

At six feet tall myself, I wish I were taller. I'm around the Vancouver area though, and tower over much of the asian population.
