Goes to show that 'art is in the eye of the beholder'. If the one doing the work thinks it is art then it is. Whether others think so is a moot point. I'll bet that if a '20 something, blue-eyed, blond with a knock-out figure' had been presented as the 'artist', then the 'art world' would have broken out the champagne glasses!
