Sorta like Star Trek. I thought the series just kept getting better and better with ST:ENT being more engrossing then ST:TNG by a good sight. I hated it getting cancelled. Still fuming over the Sarah Conner Chronicles going down also.

Yup, it looks good and I'm glad to see a Trailer that at least gives a clue to what it'll be.

It looks depressingly like BSG.

If a TV program could ever be considered narcissistic it was BSG. It rocked for the first 30 or so episodes and then the writers/producers started believing their own press and ruined it.

Hopefully SGU will adopt the tongue in cheek attitude that SG1 and SGA took and not the hand wringing and weeping that BSG became.

Is the Roddenberry estate going to sue them for ripping off Star Trek Voyager? Is the commander of the mission going to do the Full Monty to pay for gas for the trip home? Uhhhh........I'll watch it anyways. On a related note for new series, HBO and BBC are supposed to start filming a mini Series, in October, based on the George RR Martin series, a Song of Fire and Ice.
