Speaking of disgusting... we've been together for 12 years. She knows me and the kids refer to anything with gravy on toast (chipped beef, pulled pork, turkey ala king) as "shit on a shingle", pizza as "abortion on toast", Indian cuisine as "Diarrhea on rice", etc. etc.
Sorry but Dad/Grampa dragged those home from the Mess Hall, and it's kind of a family joke.
So she makes this cheesey baked chicken & spinach casserole and asked. I told her it was pretty damn good for something that looks like it was eaten once already.
Now she's off in a snoot.
