A "no drug is bad" policy isn't going to help our free, unconditional, already struggling medical system.
Simply to dismiss it as a low yield ignored the fact that it's a completely preventable condition that is already recognised as so dangerous that it's been made illegal.
Smoking, drinking and eating burgers may be unhealthy but it's not illegal.
Seeking out and using unregulated, illegal drugs is illegal.
Its not "no drug is bad". Its "that drug is far less harmful then a myriad of otherstuff thats legal and it deserves to be legal".
BTW, it was never made illegal because it was harmful. It was the whole hemp vs nylon thing. Marajuana grown then was far far weaker and very little of it was diverted to illegal causes.
If you are so against legal Mj then you should be for the criminilization of alcohol because for every strike against MJ is a strike against alcohol.
In additional your arguement in bold is what people seek to change and can easiliy change and is not in itself an arguement against legalization.
