I never said Bryant's PR firm works for or should be expected to work for the victim. What I said was it would be fairer if the victim's family could afford to hire a PR firm of it's own, to level the field.

hmm, since the bicycle community is so upset about this, maybe they could pony up
some dough here.

Nice that its ok to troll on the internet, but when the hat is passed,
oh now its the families' responsability.

Another witness said that the victim was hanging onto the car "for dear life", that the tires of the car "squealed" which would indicate rapid acceleration. He also said the initial altercation was because Bryant had hit the victim's bike.

Why did the Cyclist have his hands on Bryant or his vehicle in the first place? I don't know if many people have been in this situation but I have, and guess what? I didn't try to assault the driver or hang on to the vehicle, and I'm still here.

Bryant, in my opinion, felt like he was in danger and decided to flee. Sheppard wanted to continue the confrontation so grabbed on to Bryant and/or the car, and he paid dearly for that bad call.

Do you refer to all new members as trolls, or only those with whom you disagree?

Someone posted a link to a video earlier, but I haven't been able to watch it and therefore don't know if the victim "tried to assault" Bryant or not. If he did, Bryant sure looks none the worse - he has no bruising about his face and seems perfectly healthy.

Why did Bryant speed up his car and deliberately try the scrape the victim off the side of his car by jumping up on the curb to get as close to trees and poles as he could? If that isn't intent to harm someone, I don't know what is.

You don't have to cause visible injury to assault someone, simply grabbing them is more than enough.

Did Bryant try and shake Sheppard off by deliberately jumping the curb and running up against trees and poles? Or did this occur because Bryant was fighting for control of the vehicle?

These are questions that will no doubt be answered in the courts.
