I am aware of a ban on single shot ammunition over water. I'm not aware of any such ban in trees, forest, and mountains....

...oh wait! You are talking about Sashatchewan. You dont have trees, forests, or mountains. Where you come from, a bullet that is dangerous for 5 miles, is likely to travel 5 miles.

I once shot at a deer in Saskatchewan(and missed) and watched him run away from me for 3 days! One the 4th day, he caught up to the bullet, and shot himself in the heart.

Thankfully, Eyebrock was there, he gut shot the animal with an elephant gun and saved me the trouble of having to gut it.

The hump back to my truck was torturous.
