In Vaughan, ON, they just announced that you could change the number of your house, for about a $300 fee. Apparently the number 4 is pronounced like the word "death" in Chinese. The Chinese immigrants don't want to tell their friends "Yeah, come on over, I'm at one-twenty-death Cherryhill Lane", so they're lining up like silly to get the 4s out of their addresses.

So when you ask a 4 year old Chinese kid how old it is, it's "death"? Stupid Chinese.

They should have made the fee $400

Some of the buildings in Vancouver have no floors with a "4" in them and no 13. You go right from 12 to 15!
