A. Allowing people to die naturally, after a long prosperous and productive life, without reproducing, is not killing them.
B. I said it would be a program that would last several generations before the goal was reached. I know higher life forms tend to outlive lower ones, but I'm pretty sure I won't live much beyond your life expectancy.

I think population control needs to start with countries such as India, China and Mexico and other 3rd world contries...

These countries population are exploding.

You can't rely on the "being a good Catholic and pull;" method.

World population should be cut in half or down two thirds...

Guys, stop beating the over-population thing, it's broken already. Population spikes are leveling off all over the world and no is actually starving because of food shortages.

Umm..... too many is still too many. We have to start bringing our overall numbers down so that the next couple of centuries see numbers drop significantly, rather than climb slowly.
