Google has done a great job of turning Google users into Google+ users. It really is better than Facebook. Especially at connecting people in "communities", and especially geeky types of communities, those people were there from day 1.

I truly despise Google+. I have a few gmail email addresses, and just as many Google+ accounts, apparently, that I never ever use. EVER. I tried it and was done within 2 weeks.

I wholeheartedly disagree with your statement that it "really is better than Facebook".
