I didn't notice it until he mentioned it.

Just like this summer when the CBC couldn't get over the fact that it got warm in the summertime and those "summer hot" stories kept needing to be posted here. I wouldn't have even noticed that we had a couple unusually hot days in August so 'OMG the Sockeye Salmons are all gonna die!!!' until someone here felt it necessary to repeat the ridiculous.

If we're still talking weather...we had a couple hot weeks this Summer on the west coast. Nothing too scary or unusual though. But Damn that dreary winter of 2018 just refused to end.

Or at least the crappy weather hung on well into June last year as I recall.

The upper atmosphere is cooling and this is clearly demonstrated by the effect on low earth orbit satellites. Yet some of the global cooling deniers will still argue that even if the atmosphere is cooling that just somehow means that the climate is getting warmer.
