Dr. Phil will come up with an analogy that involves feeding the chicken too much corn bread. He's always got some sort or weird expression that he uses.

Maybe we should close our eyes and pretend the one/thing we have an issue with is sitting on the stool in front of us, and just spit it all out. That would help
