Nice to hear, but I hope it doesn't rain too much, or northern California will have problems with mudslides.

The roots from the dead trees will help prevent any serious slides in the north.

Can't say the same for the southland. Malibu Canyon will definitely be a very dangerous place this winter.

Flooding hits California areas scarred by wildfires

Which is why I was hoping you wouldn't get too much rain. Nothing left to absorb the rain. :(

It's not so bad as it could be. The local news is saying it's not bad at all. Just a typical storm but unusual for November. We normally don't see heavy rain until Jan-March.
