When Twitter was down some innocent guy was harassed by thousands of people, whether it's Facebook or Twitter society has sold it's soul.

I got an error message from Facebook the other day, it was back up in 10 minutes. But I can assure you after 20 years in the business, at least 10,000 people called their ISP to ask what was wrong with "The Internet" in that 10 minutes.
