Yeah they're cats alright. Run into them walking on some trail, they'll give you this 30 second look of disdain then enter the bush just like your house cat deciding if its going to go in or out the open door.
Once encountered one with 2 kittens on a mountain road in my little Mitsubishi Kei truck, the damn thing just stood there like it was laughing at it, then slowly got out of the way. The one thing I worry about when my wandering Pom goes for a wander through the gully out back.

I'll tell her... when she goes to the can it sits in front of the bathroom door and growls at me. My cat kicks the shit out of it... A friend asked me if I knew the only thing dumber than a Pomeranian. Two Pomeranians.... like his wife has.
