Good. I know many B.C. people will want very much for all this money to be spent on the battle against climate change. Good for you guys.

Carbon credits were a tax shift. They dropped income taxes adn raised the goods tax on fuel.

It's pretty irresponsible to overtax people nearly 3 billion dollars. That's, what, a thousand bucks for every man, woman and child in BC that went to the government that they didn't need.

I have a feeling that Gordo's teflon days are over. The scandals are starting to pile up and smell, people are genuinely pissed about teh gas tax, and they've assumed the arrogance that comes from governing too long.

Unfortunately the NDP have become the perennial opposition--they have no ideas apart from being against whatever it is the Liberals are offering.

No guys, we're going to show you a carbon tax AND income tax reductions AND a budget surplus. We really don't care if you deny climate change like a bunch of Zundels, we're gonna ship that bugwood that WAS the result of climate change to you for YOU to burn and pay carbon penalties. While we replant and EARN CREDITS.
Start stocking up on Vaseline, we'll be giving it not taking it up the wazoo...

Great now start paying off your debt and get a good Standard and Poors rating so you can get better interest rates. And start giving money back to the people and drop the taxes on fuel somewhat if not eliminate them all together.

Careful! We don't want them to tarnish their image by having BCers confused with us Albertans.
