All cars he owns should be confiscated without renumeration and scrapped.

And all cars of the same make should be confiscated without renumeration from their owners as they have been proven to be dangerous to the public peace.

This is the way the gun registry works and I think the crossover to cars has been applied by many anti-gun banners.
