Legendary blues guitarist Jeff Healey has died, his publicist said Sunday. The Canada rock musician had battled cancer for his entire life.

    The first time I met him was ten years ago at the jazz festival here in Ottawa. He was showcasing his "Jazz Wizards" group. He was a great guy and we chatted for hours about blues music and our favorites.

    I met him again at an Ottawa Bluesfest event only a couple of years back and was amazed that he would remember me after our one chat years before.

    A great loss as a performer, promoter and mentor to young Canadian talent.

    Great find TG! I enjoyed that. I had to laugh when the interference lines cut in. Just TOO MUCH intensity to be caught on video I guess.
