    I don't think his intent was to disparage soldiers.

    I think he was talking policy.

    I thought he worded his opinion quite clearly and I can't support someone like him.

    I'm just not sure about his intent. I don't know if he's made an attempt to clarify or not.

    Nope. And I can see his intent with his recent comment "Hail King Trump".

    Says all I need to know.

    Trump is some sort of psycho, and really takes things personally. That could have been Kevin playing smart and laying some groundwork. Or it could have been his actual opinion.

    I'm not necessarily a fan, just playing devils advocate.

    Just to play advocate a little more - that goes to his lack of political experience. A politician playing it safe will STFU, not declare fealty to a foreign Head of State.

    It might play well with Trump, but not so much with the voters at home.
