Zero visibility, blowing snow shutting down Saskatchewan highways

Roads are closed throughout southeastern Saskatchewan due to snow drifts and zero visibility. Most of the highways closed are near the Carlyle and Estevan areas. Highway 47, from Estevan to the U.S. border.
