Sweden has launched an investigation into the soaring number of rapes after it emerged that one in 24 women have fallen victim to a sexual offence.

    I wonder if Sweden has a department of 'Too Little, Too Late' to file this under.

    By the end of PM Useful Idiot's first term we may need such a department in Canada.
