A Langley family is disappointed and out hundreds of dollars after buying a pet online. The dog was supposed to be shipped to Abbotsford International Airport, but when the family showed up to collect it - there was no puppy.

    Be wary of buying pets online � you could be tricked into spending hundreds of dollars and end up with no pet at all. A Langley family says that�s what happened to them and they want to warn others about it.

    Pssstttt.... there's these neat places called animal shelters that have an abundance of cute pups that need homes. For a lot less money than what you were scammed for.

    That really sucks. I guess I should count myself lucky then. The missus and I adopted a dog all the way from Taiwan for $500 without any issues. The only anxiety we had was a delay in communications between us and the adoption agency there. But it all worked out in the end.

    Manage a website for a woman that sells cats. They're black cats with a fancy name, the ones that were always the last to be picked from the batch.
    Fools are paying her $3500 plus air fare to bring them down to the USA... no shit.
