Nineteen people, including nine children, have been killed in an apartment fire in New York City's Bronx borough, officials say.

    My God how horrifying for so many to perish in this fire.

    Just brutal. And a week after a similar tragedy happened in Philadelphia.

    It looks like the fire was caused by a space heater in an apartment with numerous complaints about a lack of heat. Which means the landlord was a penny pinching scumbag. Which means he needs to go to jail for 19 counts of murder.
