Thousands of police, hundreds of troops and an army of officials made final preparations Sunday for the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II -- a spectacular display of national mourning that will also be the biggest gathering of world leaders for years. D

What a massive gathering of world leaders. It's no wonder there is a huge amount of security involved.

Another article here of rather impressive numbers involved:

From my understanding, the service itself shouldn't be longer than an hour, it's all the pomp and circumstance before and after that will drag it out.

I'm surprised that it is only an hour considering the list of hymns and prayers that are scheduled. It's been a bizarre week of ongoing events and ceremonies not just in the UK but here and everywhere else as well. I doubt we will ever see something like this ever again.

I know I won't be getting up at 3am to watch the service and besides, every news related channel will repeat the entire service repeatedly all day tomorrow.
