    My reservation is that this can be construed by the bad guys as proof that this is a US invasion rather than a UN?NATO support mission.

    Our own seditious elements here---in Canada and in this forum already promote that image.

    The only issue with that is the Yanks said they would only be there for one rotation, I think Manley wants something a little more permanent.
    and preferably from one of our other Allies, if they dont step up we might as well say good-bye to NATO.

    I have the answer lets train mexicans and send them, they would probably do it for less money too!!! .......Kidding
