Soldiers in a convoy opened fire on a vehicle approaching at high speed, killing an employee of a private security firm and injuring three others, the Canadian military confirmed Thursday.

what the hell was the guy thinking? You can't approach a convoy at a high rate of speed and NOT expect to be fired upon.

Didn't they get it last time this happened?

Maybe the driver was talking on his cell phone.
