Can you debate at all?
In fact Morgentaler got the law overturned in 1988 as being unconstitutional since it was not applied consistently. But that's not grounds for an OC.
Mr McVety is a well-known anti-gay, anti-abortion campaigner. If Morgentaler is to have his OC revoked it would take a huge outcry from current OC holders - and that is not happening.
