Don't get me wrong, I'm no Nazi but are swastikas drawn on childrens arms illegal? Anyone know?

No, but it's till not a good idea to go around doing it.

These people are grade-a fools but I'd be more worried about her actions than the crap her mom is into. Is she disruptive in class, does she play well with ALL the other kids, does she have a "normal" set of morals and knows right from wrong?

Even with the ammount of fools around these days, I have more confidance in the love and protective qualities of parents than the common sense of school boards.

Haha, well, of course but if this is the case all parents are open to having their children taken from them for reasons other than breaking laws. I guess now childen will be removed from their homes if a teacher or a social worker has a differing opinion on how a parent should raise their young. Opinion doesn't equate law.

Whatever happens, I hope the mother grabs a friggin' brain.

Oops, I was a little slow. My response was to xerxes.

To support my distrust of "the system" I offer this thread as proof:

"They reported me to Children's Aid," Leduc declares, still disbelieving. "Based on a psychic!"

If the mothers rights were breached, she should sue.

The silly twit should have known better, Displaying signs and symbols associated with hate isn't a smart move to begin with. How can anyone have Nazi flags and not believe they aren't white suprmast?
Also to have your 7 year old go to school displayign such symbols is stupid as well.
Having said this I do not agree with takeing the kids away, People have a right to believe what they want.
