A young man who suffered severe frostbite during a school outing will have a rare jury trial in his $1.6-million civil lawsuit against the Edmonton Public School Board, a judge ruled this week.

I once walked to school when it was -52 out and the school was closed. I froze half my pee-pee off. Now I only have 8 inches left. I should sue.
