Samantha Kematch and Karl McKay subjected five-year-old Phoenix Sinclair to months of horrifying abuse, and when she died, collected welfare benefits in her name, jurors were told yesterday.

They'll be convicted, but then their lawyer will pull the "Special sentencing for Natives" card and they'll probably get a fine.

Yup. Healing circle and house arrest.

It seriously bothers me that there are people like this in our country.
