OTTAWA ï¿½ Money and equipment woes in the Canadian Forces are cited in an official report on the crash of a military Sea King off Denmark more than two years ago.

Wow. News flash from the "that's obvious" desk. It's criminal that so many good people died because the government of the day was too cheap to equip and train them for the jobs they kept asking for.
