Cautiousness marks anniversary of Taliban's fall

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan - Seven years ago Thursday, people celebrated in the streets of Kabul as members of the Northern alliance rolled into the capital of Afghanistan, driving the Taliban and their al-Qaida allies into hiding in the south.
