CALGARY -- An out-of-province driver stopped his car to talk on a cellphone yesterday but picked a bad place to do it.

    On the news last night this guy sounded like he was about as smart as a bag of hammers, but then again maybe that?s what a person sounds like after they?ve just shit their pants.
