Students are slowly returning to classes at a Kandahar City girls' school following an attack last week that left several girls with acid burns on their faces.
You have to admire the courage in those girls for standing up for their rights in the face of the Taliban. One cant even begin to imagine what it is like for those young girls who are trying to make a better life for themselves and their families by getting an education. It is those girls who are paving the way to a better future for all Afghan women. Which in the long run makes for a better Afghanistan.
These young ladies are truly heroes! Holding their heads high, as they should, wearing their acid burns as medals of courage, they will show 'men' how to 'change the face' of the Middle East. They will prove that indeed, 'the pen is mightier than the sword'!
yeah! take that you terrorist fucks!
Well said
