OTTAWA - After arts cuts that sparked a furor in the federal election campaign, Prime Minister Stephen Harper is dispatching Gov. Gen. Michaelle Jean on a two-week tour of European countries to promote art and cultural links with Canada.

Too little too late I'd say.. this crap cost him a possible majority and the next election. M.Charest took the matter of Quebec culture and arts in his own hands to-day with his announcement regarding the same.. nice try stevie nice try.
