Not technically in possession of child porn, Ottawa court clears accused

OTTAWA - An Ottawa man described by his own lawyer as "totally unsympathetic" was found not guilty Tuesday of importing and possessing more than 22,000 images of child pornography after a judge ruled he never technically possessed the images in Canada.
