Chinese carmakers SAIC and Dongfeng have plans to acquire GM and Chrysler, China�s 21st Century Business Herald reports today.

    It's the chinese we are talking about, they rip off every single piece of military tech belonging to any nation and mass manufacture it. Infact, they just ripeed off the jet's America is current using and plan on using them/selling them. There plans are to become a major military manufacture... of ripped off foriegn designs.

    Much like there market of everything else that is ripped off by China, ranging from iPod's to xbox's and PC's.

    I think China would do anything for more money, I don't think China has any car manufactures in America. If they bought GM and Chrysler, using there existant car designers and work shops. They can deside to turn there look around and start making Hybrid's and try and compete with Japan.

    The Chinese above all else want to make money. If they were to buy one of the Big 3 as it currently exists, they would have to deal with the overcapicity and the Unions. These companies will never make money until the Union's power is essentially negated.
