CRTC doesn't protect Canadians it protects business.
Absolutely right!!! Why else would they let every specialty channel re-run one of the CSI shows all day long? When was the last time History Television actually had history on it? The CRTC is a joke and have no teeth nor balls.
this is not surprisingly disappointing.

They've actually stopped doing that on the History Channel.
Now they only have NCIS and relaity shows about Axemen.

Yes quite right, I just lump all those spin offs into one. The CRTC did tell History Television they had to remove the CSI from their programming. So for good measure they ran a 24 hour marathon or weekend marathon of CSI on the last day they could show it. Thumbed their nose at the CRTC right up to the end. The channel is quite sad compared to what it once was and I had it removed from my dish package.
