Phillip Sherman of Arkansas learned that lesson after he left his phone behind at a McDonald's restaurant and the photos ended up online.

Well... Don't leave your shit. Your forget it, you fucked up, it's your problem.

Honestly, his wife should divorce him for being a fucking idiot, and he shouldn't get a fucking penny from McDonald's.

As much as i'd love to see McDonalds 3 million shorter.

    Why?
It is none of anyones business what is on any phone, and when McDonalds say they have it in "protected custody", there is no way those pics should end up online, unless McDonalds f*cked up.

Hats off to the guy who talked his wife into posing nude, putting the photos on his phone, and planting the phone at McDonald's, then getting someone to put the photos online. That an inspired scam. He'll get an out of court settlement for sure. Wish I'd thought of it.

I think if it was one of the McDonalds employees who uploaded the pics online then yes they should be sued. However, proving that it was one of them may be a bit tougher unless the person is an idiot and didn't hide their footsteps.

For all we know it could of been some kid who found it, transfered it to his laptop which he had and then turned it in.

Or a little less paranoid. There are good people in this world, really.

It happens, people loose stuff they paid for. It is common decency to return it the way you found it.

    Yes I would.

You see, I don't leave my shit around. I don't go anywhere unless I'm 100% positive I have everything.

Ever play "Finder's Keepers" as a kid? i view everyone being liek that.

Don't trust people to return your things. Don't trust them to keep them safe.

You have to keep your own crap safe.

Besides, my wallet currently contains about 6 dollars in debt on the two cards in it, I like to keep my cash at home, not in a bank.

If I left my MP3 player at a hotel, I definitely do not expect to see it again.

Also, if I realized I had lost something, I'd rush back to see if it was still there, immediately. I wouldn't leave it in the "trust" of another person.

Fuck, I don't even loan shit out to my friends. You've got to be smart.

holy crap no wonder you're so miserable

do you have any friends
