"The alarm bells have gone off for the City of Toronto. If this pipe collapses, we would have a catastrophic event on our hands. Because you have more water going through that sewer pipe than is in the Don River."

    The cracking, discovered by a robotic camera during routine checks last week, may have been there for years.

    As per normal, rather than spend the $$$$ right now to fix it properly, they will wait until the pipe collapses, spilling the sewage into the Don River. they will cry to the Feds to pay, ( that's me and you) to clean up the mess and do the necessary repairs. And guess what??? :roll:

    POS = Pretty, Orgasmic, Sweet. Toronto is definetly POS, as one of Canada's largest cities with the most mix of cultures and entertainment.

    Oh and for a lot of those "cultures" the smell of raw sewage will make them feel like they are back in the homeland.
