General, Aboriginal chief train in ice rescue

Sandy Lake, Ontario � A Canadian Forces general and the chief of an isolated Oji-Cree community shared a first-time experience when they entered the frigid water of Sandy Lake, in northern Ontario, via a hole in the ice.
