I have to agree with this sentence, I diddn't know why they diddn't think of it earlier. I mean if you got HIV than you shouldn't spread it. Some people are just going to have to either wear a lot of protection if they want to have sex or just get use to a handjob. That is if they are HIV +.

    2 things though...
WHY didn't they use a condom (I mean, a Summer romance, come on!)

    And...
Mr. Aziga, a native of Uganda and a former employee of Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General, has been in custody since his arrest in August 2003.

WTH did it take almost 6 f*cking years to take this to trial?? Now he is getting time off! Lots of it!

    Here's a question.

If you knowingly spread HIV and get charged with assault, like Trevis Smith, can you at some future date be charged again with murder if one of your victims later dies from an aids related illness?

I don't think you can be charged twice on two different charges for the same crime I don't think. But I may be wrong.

That's kinda what I thought but I just wondered if anyone knew for sure.

Although it may not be considered the same crime. One is assault and one is murder If you can't get charged again why aren't they bumping up these charges to attempted murder instead of assault?

I would imagine it was because they probably couldn't prove that his end goal was to kill those he was having sex with. It sounds like he just didn't care if they got infected or not.

Good. There really isn't a difference between stabbing somebody and then fucking them while you have an STD.
