Car bomb rocks NATO's Afghan headquarters

A suicide car bomb exploded near the main gate of NATO headquarters in Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Saturday, killing at least three civilians and wounding 70 others, according to media reports quoting an Afghan security official.

You would have expected this was the one place that would be safe, with so many large NATO member armies just sitting round doing nothing.
I guess no one gets in to the office before noon though.
