SACRAMENTO, California � A 12-year-old California boy is under arrest for allegedly setting his friend on fire twice.

    Sacramento Fire Capt. Jim Doucette says he doesn�t know if the suspect intended to hurt his friend or was just being playful. He was taken to juvenile hall and faces arson charges.


    Yeah, just being playful.... HA HA, You're skin is melting off your body, you look so silly... here, let me do it again.... He he he.... that's funny.

    Are any kids these days getting any form of education.

    Fire burns.... Fire Bad.

    Gas and fire Bad.

    Burning Friend with gas bad.

    I mean come on.... Both should be old enough to know wtf happens.

    Yeah, that's not being playful. That boy needs some serious help otherwise they'll have a grown man soon with a conviction of murder. My friend when he was 6 years old knew that setting a shed on fire was wrong. This is no different.
