As flu activity picks up across the country, federal authorities are warning Canadians not to buy unauthorized products from the internet or other sources that claim to fight the H1N1 virus.

Best thing to help swine flu is to catch the symptoms fast and be prepared with coldfx, tylanol and some ice. (Ice for if you get a fever near the danger area). Also some ice cream. My mom caught the Swine Flu and said all that helped. The icecream however she said just made her feel better.
