TAMPA, Fla. (AP) � Florida police say a man arrested for repeatedly calling 911 looking for sex claimed it was the only number he could dial after running out of cell phone minutes.

What a moron. How did he think the police/firedepartment was going to respond?

Did he really think that the 911 disoatcher would accommodate his rather wierd sexual needs?

The only good thing you could say is that he didn't rape anyone.

"Didn't think" being the key words here?
