A long walk on a short pier at Vancouver's Coal Harbour nearly ended in disaster for a man who plunged into frigid waters on the weekend.

    lol, happens all the time. maybe not in Vancity, but I've gone off the pier twice, my little brother mike once, etc. shit happens, be more vigilant in the future ad you will be fine.
