The B.C. government is defending its record on fighting climate change following a report that it's the only province in Canada to increase its industrial greenhouse gas emissions in 2008.

    Meh. Being on the same 'everyone pile on <insert scapegoat here>' I would prefer to light a candle than curse their darkness.
