ATHENS - Dozens of prostitutes, most using headscarves or hoods to hide their faces, demonstrated in central Athens Wednesday, demanding working licenses for brothels across Greece
Let them work in brothels and not on the street where people who who don't want to be exposed to this can have that liberty and people who do know where the are.
Awww... whats wrong with being a prostitute... its actually a good thing. And we dun know where the brothels are. No one knows actually.
Prostitution is a business and Greece is a free country. Their issue is not prositutes but crime and disorder I guess. Rioting goes crazy down there atleast thats what my friend said. But still want to know if its worse than the rioting in south asia or hutu tutsi violence in Africa. Thats bad yo...
"Brenda" said They already pay taxes. I don't see why they cant work out of brothels. Stupid.
Individually they pay taxes, but if they went into a brothel, it'd be a win win situation for the Greek Gov't. They'd get individual taxes from the prostitutes and business taxes from the brothels.
Either way, prostitution isn't going away, so regulating it is the only sane recourse.
