This would explain why Ottawa is so freaking boring. Give me Victoria or Vancouver any day. Heck, Ottawa makes Nanaimo look exciting.
So it can stay there for another 9 months. And then?
They are going to have meeting after meeting as to whether the plastic cow can stay on the roof or not for the next 9 months, compliments of the taxpayers.
Hopefully a decision will be rendered by then, no guarantee though.

Agreed, for the Capital of Canada, Ottawa could use alot more fun and alot less bullshit.
The indie music scene here is starting to bubble though, stay tuned. Alot of great bands from the area... here's one, turn it up !
